NCP Consulting Services was founded in 2015 by Nicki Chang-Powless when small business owners approached her for help with their struggling business. She quickly recognized that what she learned from her extensive corporate background was not common knowledge among the small business community.

When Nicki first started the business, she created a website, thinking that if she built it, they would come. She was very disappointed when no one called. Then, she tried a digital marketing campaign. After spending $2,000 with nothing to show for it, she recognized that the source of her problem was that the message on her website was not engaging people to take action and call her.

As she dug deeper into how to improve her marketing efforts, she developed her innovative five-step NCP Profit Acceleration System and the powerful NCP Client Attraction Messaging Formula. She has helped entrepreneurs around the world to be clear on their message and choose marketing activities that are right for them. Her systems have impacted the community so much that she has received awards for her work.

Today, Nicki specializes in working with small businesses to develop marketing strategies that will get them fast results to get clients and a better return on their investment.
